A bit late in listing-been sitting having a coffee on Bournemouth sea front. Glorious evening so one must take advantage. 
Madam and I walked early this morning-dropped hubby at the tennis club -we decided to walk in the posh area.!!! I was amazed at how many properties could do with a face lift. Got my blip first thing this morning.
