Feeling remarkably ‘chipper’ after yesterday’s partying it was up for breakfast and a leisurely read of the Sunday paper before Clare, Sam and I set off for Torpoint to drop off Anais’s birthday gift.
We arrived in time to join everyone for the tail end of a BBQ in the garden. Having left a slightly overcast and warm Falmouth we sat outside in the sun without any of us realising just how hot it was and we slowly burnt!
Birthday cakes for Clare and Anais, a single beer for me and all too soon it was time to set off for Falmouth again.
