A gift of a sunrise

I had to be up ridiculously early this morning to drive Chas to his friends house for the start of their geocaching trip.  I'm not normally up in time to see the sunrise at this time of year, so I took advantage of the early start to go for a walk along the river on the way home.  I'm so glad I did.....it was amazing with the low lying mist turning everything orange as the sun rose behind the hills.
