Hallowe'en

Behold - the first pumpkin I have ever carved! I was going for the hipster effect - you know, standard mustache and everything, but he ended up looking like the man on the Pringles tin or Mr. Monopoly.
I've never celebrated Hallowe'en before, and still haven't managed to dress up for it. But tonight we three witches huddled together over a pot of boiling toffee and made sweet treats and carved pumpkins and listened to the Monster Mash. I felt as if I'd been celebrating Hallowe'en for years, and I felt as if I'd been living with Lauren and Sian for just as long. It's perfect.
