It's good to be home with views like this

I was out playing with my new toy again, and thought I had a nice shot from earlier on, but then as I was processing I glanced out the window to see the most beautiful colour in the sky, and after bringing in the washing, headed out to try a few shots, again with the toy so I could use filters (ND 8 + ND4 grad to retain foreground detail). I had to go along the shore slightly, as right in front of Mum there is only shingle, so it's not so pretty as a foreground.

Mum is much better today, having had a bad day yesterday, but is being very well behaved and letting me do almost everything. It's almost disconcerting!
