Banbury Cross Church

Visiting Banbury today, I managed a quick blip of the Cross and Church 
lovely day, saw T   The extra is the `Lady on a Horse,  not a white one  the Lady on the horse was unveiled by Princess Ann in 2005 and sculpted by Louis Dutton.  The present cross was built in 1859 to replace the old one which was destroyed by the Puritans in 1600  The church is St Marys which was built in 1790 to replace the Medieval one damaged during the English Civil War and was designed by Samual Pepys
