Insect?

No insect but part of a huge windturbine.
Seen in Eemshaven; the port where the turbines are loaded on special ships (see the extra) which can be jacked up to install the pylons and turbines with blading.
Had to make a tour because the navigatiuon system of my car needed about 30 minutes to update with engine running (bizarre)...
