Lucy

This is Lucy in the evening sunshine, we collected her from the stud yesterday, so hopefully she will have a foal next year.
This morning, we went to Carlisle Castle to see the poppies, I hadn't got to see them in Belfast, I don't know why I didn't. Rather challenging as they were a) in shade & b) difficult to photograph because of all the other visitors. The castle itself is impressive & the museum is too.
The fabulous weather continues, too late back from a trip to Ennerdale to see the Barn owl this evening, so a photo of Lucy instead.
