Opiate induced euphoria

Today was my hip replacement day: an anterior approach to the left hip by Dr Sharma rendering me a little bionic with titanium and ceramic components.
I felt capable of almost anything at the point the picture was taken ..... not so caoaabke when I crashed a few hours later
