Thursday: Honouring The Fallen

Another training day and then over to the Italian Cultural Centre for Italian National Day.  There is always a fine point with these events, where the speeches become too long and the room gets fidgety - tonight was a prime example of that happening.

This statue, 'Honouring The Fallen', was just outside the centre.  It's way over in east Van so it took quite some time to get there.  And to get home.
