post no bills

I have been inundated with the amount of junk food, shop discounts and deals that people think i MUST read. All they end up doing is clogging the shared staircase and then when someone can take it no more going straight to the recycle bin. Could someone tell me how to get my hands on those Ja/Nee Nee/Nee stickers i see on my neighbor's doors ?
