Mecanopsis

First bloom out this year.

It has been another hot one today, although it was duller in the morning before the sun came through.   The car sensor said 22C, hot enough for me.

Was thinking of Andrew and Katie on a climb of Ben Nevis today and was pleased to get a text from Andrew from the summit.  I do hope photos are following.  It is a long number of years since I climbed it.

They climbed Ben Lomond last week as a practice, and they were sponsored by us all to help to purchase a specialised disability vehicle for a colleague..... the NHS doesn't cover the whole cost.  They got a good day for it!
