Northumbrian stone

Enjoyed some oxygen on Hadrian's wall with my pal and fellow blip buddy GailyWhaley.  Great company in gorgeous surroundings.  So lucky to have all this on our doorstep.  This is a bit of 'the wall' & doubt very much this part is original, but runs along the site of the wall and is build in the beautiful honey coloured local stone.

Made a fairly monumental decision recently to stop taking a photo-a-day as I found it was hindering my photography rather than inspiring it.  I'm taking a bit of a break for a while but not going far.  Just need to recharge my mojo a little!
