Art in June Open Studios

This evening we went to a private view of an artist and her talented colleagues who were showcasing a wide range of paintings, textiles, sculptures, jewellery etc. I loved the felted pictures of landscapes with birds.

It was a very good event with wine and canapés and was well attended on this lovely warm evening.

It was wonderful to talk to these very talented artists and to learn a little of how they achieve their artwork.

I bought a wirework bracelet which actually fitted my skinny arms and Ian bought a beautiful fused glass coaster.
