Juvenile woodpecker
A couple of days ago an adult was feeding a young woodpecker on the feeder, but I didn't have the camera set up. That was a much younger bird, its crown was almost colourless, and it was dependent on the adult for food. This seems a much older juvenile - a bright red crown and spent many minutes on its own feeding.
I took the photograph in the morning, when the light wasn't good, and even at high ISO the shutter speed was not fast enough.
