More food

The patient has put on a stone in four weeks which is good. But there is still some way to go so I can carry on enjoying cooking. I should add that I'm not eating for England - the patient is shifting three meals plus snacks each day, I'm on one meal and a bit of toast.

Tonight it was a tarragon chicken and vegetable casserole with suet and parsley dumplings.

Otherwise I'm marking so no real opportunities for interesting blippage
