The view from the train

I was in Edinburgh today at a COSLA meeting which meant an early rise to catch the 7.03 train to Edinburgh. I haven't done this for a long time. It used to be a regular occurrence when I was working. This shot was taken in the afternoon on the way home I think somewhere between  Aberdour and Burntisland. It's a lovely journey along the Fife coast looking over the Firth of Forth and then later Montrose basin and the Aberdeenshire coastline. And on a day like this - stunning!
