I S I R T A

Those of you who are British and of a certain age may find yourselves singing this!  I know I did when I encountered them as part of a permanent comedy catchphrase display on Blackpool promenade.  We joined a trip, organised by one of our local amateur dramatic theatre groups, to the iconic Northern seaside town.  Unbeknown to us it was also Blackpool Pride day so we watched the parade which was great fun although I also found it quite emotional. Then B & I left the noise behind and took a walk along the mainly deserted beach, before returning to lose 2p coins in the "penny falls" machine.  Another "Grand Day Out"!
