Appleby Horse fair

After missing the fair last year due to pretty awful weather, this year's horse fair couldn't have been more different. Wall to wall sunshine, the river as low as I've ever seen it,  and a great atmosphere.

The group loved it, and we started (as usual) by the river, moving on after lunch to the road used for carriage driving and trotting.
