Seeing the wood for the trees

A beautiful crisp, frosty, sunny day. What a waste to be back at work!!!! A day when you feel Larkin was right with his lines "Why should I let the toad work Squat on my life?
The big trees have pretty much lost their leaves now, reintroducing us to the structure of their beautiful branches. This shadow illustrates the point perfectly.
