Rhubarb

Did some washing this morning and some garden stuff - cooked a quick lunch KG is playing in a pairs Boules tournament.  Pottered in the garden a bit and now at the computer and hopefully some sewing soon.
My blip today is of the Rhubarb peelings   taken with a pop art filter in camera and given a plastic wrap filter in photoshop  - the rhubarb is just outside the back door so nice and fresh.  I alway do mine in the slow cooker and it stays beautifully in shape - whenever I stew rhubarb it goes to mush - it is almost ready and when I look a minute or os later mush.  So the slow cooker is my friend for stewing fruits.
