An 11 mile walk today, which was easy as it was on side roads. We saw a group of about 20 Canada geese: I thought I was seeing things as I've never seen them here before, & according to my book, they are rare.

We also saw some ducks and ducklings, including these eider, plus the usual arctic terns, oystercatchers, cormorants, seals, etc, so a good day.

Extra is a little rest area, complete with gnomes :)
