Running Injury

Good, if slightly stressful, day at work. Ended with two colleagues doing the cleaning so that I didn’t have to! How brilliant is that?! I’m very lucky :)

Ran for an hour on the treadmill and managed to run 11.3km :). Blip is my injury (it bled a lot!) where my toe nail cut into my other toe. Only small but really hurts!! I’m such a wimp :)
