Oh help, oh no, it’s a Gruffalo!

An early start (4:30am with a wet L in her bed).

This morning we had a fun walk around some of Jeskyns, near Gravesend in Kent - part of the Forestry Commission.

They had a fairy and elf village, a Highway Rat trail and some lovely carved Gruffalo characters. L pretty much knows the story by heart so was absolutely thrilled to see these characters. She even gave the squirrel a hug and a little kiss.

Early lunch and early nap (felt like mid-afternoon though) and we went to the park this afternoon. My brother and his two girls were at a loose end so turned up and they all had a lovely play together.
