Lounging Around

I received a parcel today from a well known internet company, inside my package was an unwelcome added extra, a piece of chewed gum! Luckily the items were in plastic bags and I've got a full refund and kept the items. It's taken more time to get my complaint going to the right department and not the innocent delivery driver and carrier company.
