Five minutes in the kitchen

and ten minutes in the oven! Scrummy!

You know when you just fancy something, well I really wanted a cookie so a few minutes later we had chocolate chip and oat, apricot, sultana and cinnamon cookies warm from the oven.

So quick and easy and so much better than buying them.
