Evening Walk

Another lovely day weather wise.

Brian and I did the conifers. They weren't too overgrown but still hard work and it took a good couple of hours to get them looking decent. Brian worked hard and I held the ladders...I did sweep up and did some washing too.

We went to Subway at our local motorway services (!!) for a well deserved drink and salad. Brian mentioned that Tyson Fury had walked in with his family. I wouldn't have known him from Adam but I'd seen the local news a couple of days ago about how he was getting back into boxing after having some issues.

In the evening I took the dogs for a walk once the weather had cooled down. I saw one of the regular walkers, a lady called Kieron and she was talking about how the hour of rain had been refreshing. I told her that there hadn't been any rain in my village which is just one mile from where we were walking the dogs.
