Too Wet ..Even for Birds

It has been a cold damp day.

I visited a travel agent today and she is going to sort some things out for me for my trip to Canada. It was in the newspaper this morning that they are going to start flights from Chicago direct to Auckland in November. That would be good as I wouldn't have to be in transit at another US airport. I had been thinking about go there.

My youngest son is in Bangkok in Thailand and is flying to Udon Thani where he is picking a rental car. I hadn't heard from him for the past two days was a little worried.

I am going to Akaora tomorrow. The weather was to have been fine but the  new weather forecast now is for weather like today until Wednesday. I have plenty to do there, even in the rain.
