Its a home now there's Cuppa supplies :)

I actually gathered most of the cuppa supplies yesterday-Saturday. Jojo stopped into morries on her way to visit to pick us up a £5 kettle, I picked up milk, tea, sugar and biscuits at the co-op and Sheila and Dave (aka S&D) brought round my Grandma's tea spoon :) I dithered over wether to bring pretty cups cos its our new home and we should start off pretty as much as we can! or old cups cos there'll be lots of work going on, i ended up bringing a couple of both, im hoping the jd one gets smashed haha.
It feels homely that i can offer people a cuppa when they come. Jane and Sean came this morning and my Dad has been here taking up the carpets. I feel bad taking someones home apart. Doreen and Eric had lived here with their family for 48 years!!!! it must have been so so hard to leave! I love how its been a happy and loved family home for them and they leave wishing us as much happiness in it :) And now we have to make it our own :) ...lots of hard work ahead! exciting times.
