Learning how to bowl

C had Cricket training and D decided he wanted to practice too. So I learnt how to bowl - I was told “that was even a good bowl mum!” It was lovely that the weather was so sunny and warm.
Later I went for a run up Turnhouse with Ellie. She’s training for the vertical kilometre later in the year, it was good hard training for me!
