The latest poppy to open ... in my garden

I'm glad the poppies don't all flower at the same time ... the show would be spectacular but wouldn't last nearly so long. Still one or two buds to open but I'm not sure about my blue poppy ... it's got leaves but no sign of any buds .... yet!

A trip to M&S this morning to return a blouse and then I met some ex colleagues for lunch. A bit of alteration sewing this afternoon .... I cut the cuffs off a long sleeved blouse ... I have long arms and the sleeves are always too tight if I fasten the cuff ... so I cut them down to 3/4 length and all is well.
