Cannock Canal Extension Junction
It was a great day to get out on the bike. I didn't have any real plan for where to ride but ended up using the canal towpath of the Essington and Wyrley Canal as it first headed east and then south until I reached a convenient point to jump across and join the Walsall Canal to head home. I didn't want to carry much so slipped the infra red converted Oly' with a pancake lens.
I made a point with the conversion to have a filter which allows for colour IR images. This is one of my more successful post processing attempts, giving a more faithful blue sky with the rather unworldly silvery gold for the foliage. Always good to experiment.
