Magpie on scaffolding

The work going on in the property at the back of me is turning my garden into a walled garden.  I'm just going to have to live with it and don't want to be staring at a blank brick wall, so I'll have to find a plant that can be trained up against the wall.  Ideas?  It's east facing and doesn't get much sun.
