Up Early

We were up at the crack of dawn this morning so we could make it to the hospital by 6 am. My husband was scheduled for hernia surgery and I'm happy to say he came through it with flying colors. We even went for a short walk this afternoon!
Grateful today for...modern technology. Forty years ago my husband had the same surgery and it took weeks to bounce back. Today it was arthroscopic and he's barely in pain.
