Chasing Rocks
This is Monday's blip. It's so hard to stay caught up! We're back in relaxing mode since the family left but we went to our friends' campfire last night and sat until almost 11 pm so no time for blipping. The best shots of the day were of Piper's water antics. Her dad chose the main blip because I couldn't decide but my two other favorites are in the extras. She had a great time but wore herself out so much that she slept all afternoon and didn't even want to go for much of an evening walk. I suppose that exercise at this altitude probably effects her as much as it does us.
I haven't mentioned before how bad the pollen is this year. Everything is covered with yellow dust and when the wind gusts, huge clouds of yellow pollen fly off the trees. Even if you shake a branch, you get a pollen shower. We've never seen it so thick. Lots of people are having allergy/asthma problems because of it. I am grateful that it hasn't bothered us at all!
