OW!!

I had a couple of spasms in my lower back yesterday which turned into bad sciatica overnight. I'm using the TENS machine cranked up to high intensity for about an hour at a time with short breaks between, which has really helped in the past, and it should clear up in a couple of days. I also need to keep moving (carefully) and not sit down for too long. It's a good thing I work from home - this wouldn't be a good look in an office.
