Opium Poppy

When I got downstairs this morning I spotted this poppy had opened up in the beautiful sunshine. Fortunately I decided to grab a shot there and then as the sunshine more or less disappeared by 10.30. Gales are forecast for tomorrow so no doubt the poppy will soon lose its petals.
