Yes - again!

Some admin., a meeting about a community magazine, lunch, Tai Chi.

Then it was time to drive down to Newcastle for a concert at the City Hall. We did our usual trick of setting off too late, and hit the late-afternoon exodus from Newcastle on the A1. No time for the intended meal, we bought some excellent sandwiches from a well-known food hall, found a handy bench, and sat and watched the world go by as we ate them. Time for a coffee with Frank and Rina before the concert.

Yes were brilliant - a different line up from the concert in March! Jon Anderson's voice is as amazing as ever, and he looks younger than his years as he jumps around the stage. Rick Wakeman, keyboard virtuoso, is unmistakable in his fabulous cloak. Tumultuous standing ovation at the end. No photos allowed, unfortunately, so you'll just have to make do with a shot of our tickets and a photo printed from an email...
