Thanks to a new contractor it is now done - the logistics of access over the last few days have been fun and have involved scrambling through a few holly bushes and some jumping that Greg Rutherford would be proud of. 

The less said about the original contractor the better. More cowboy than John bloody Wayne.

I can't believe it is actually done. A bit of landscaping of the newly halved garden and Bob's yer Uncle. Then no further home improvements or renovations EVER!
