This was the day before my surgery 3 weeks ago.. a vitural 5k.. urge anyone anywhere to do this could not be easier a lovely medal and you get. Tech T Shirt....An amazing charity doing so much for people with Breast cancer.. the whole £10 entry goes to the charity.. and rather nice .medal.
