Broccoli and Blue Cheese Soup

Doesn't sound brilliant does it? Yet, It's very tasty. Even this Lego character likes it! :) Just as well, because for as long as I can remember, I've been a comfort eater. I need comfort at the moment. A lot to deal with.

Thinking a little about it though I wouldn't say it's providing me with that comfort I'm after. Perhaps this means i'm not a comfort eater anymore. In which case, I really have changed something for the better.

I've worked out that it's the way I've been looking at things that's been wrong. My attitude has been poor. Being doing it for months now. No more.

I did say I was very determined to change things. I meant it :)
