We walked around Derwentwater today (22146 steps).   It was lovely when we started off at 10.00 hours this morning but as we reached Keswick at the end of our walk the temperature dropped and the wind got up.   It's now feeling considerably cooler and it raining, hope it bucks up for our walk with Marian and Misty tomorrow.
My blip today is of one of the Keswick launches, we were surprised to read notices on some of the landing stages that the launches were unable to stop as the water levels were too low for them to land safely.
