Pod Life

Went to meet a friend of mine at the local leisure centre called The Pods this morning. We decided to sit out on the decking over looking the moat that surrounds the Pods. I have never seen the moat bit look so beautiful, the water lilies were out in full bloom and the bird life was in abundance with Goldfinches, blackbirds and Blue Tits just to name a few all taking either a drink or a bath in the water. This might not be the best shot i took today, but i thought it was the most unusual, both me and my friend couldn't believe there was a Terrapin swimming about in the moat. So Terry the Terrapin gets to be my blip for the day :)
