Ok a cheeky back blip from Sunday... But I have been busy.

These are my friends who took over being race directors for a long standing race my club organises.

They asked my to help being chief marshal was a lot of work, marking out the course / organising the marshals.

Once the race was underway I could then take some photos....so here are the girls
