No swim

Another 6am start, and another long busy day. After work we went for a swim, but when we arrived at the station, the train had been cancelled, so we never made it to two or for our swim... On the way back I took this picture of a little flower growing by the side of the pavement.

I really do need the swim though, since working from home I've steadily put weight on, so I do need the exercise, and I need to eat less!
