In the dog house

I'm going to be in the doghouse today when my son gets home. Took my friend for breakfast today for her birthday, then dropped her at the garage when her car was fixed, and missed the delivery of B's new xbox game he's had pre-ordered for ages. There usually left hidden in my plant pot, but they're not allowed to any more, nor had they taken it to a neighbour, even though I regularly take in other people's parcels. There's now a 24hr wait to collect it from the sorting office. Hubby has suggested a little white lie saying it hasn't arrived, rather than me having a sulky teen to deal with all night.
What a bad mother I am.
