Cookies with memories

Got back to the teashop at the baker's shop in Schipluiden where we past from the other day on our walks. Then I'd noticed these old fashioned glass jars with creambutter cookies. Cookies looking and tasting exactly like the ones my mum baked in yonder years and her mom too. Such a treat and ofcourse I bought a pound of them and took them to mum in the nursing home. With a cuppa coffee she ate a big number of them while I showed her photo's of her great grandson. And I shared cookies with the other ladies at ma's table; they loved the  taste and recognized these as Delicious...  Old recepies that work well on them, I loved it to see how easy it is to give them joy.

For any of you in Holland the bakery is Theo Hoek and they also have a tearoom, really worth a visit as their products are so tasty!
and for all outside Holland, if ever you come to visit Delft, the village Schipluiden is a few miles away from that city.
