Been a busy month supporting my running club.

At the weekend I was chief marshal at our ladies 5 road race..very full on day.

This month I am also the event director for a in-club pace challenge. The are 2. 10k runs and 2. 5ks runs over 4 weeks. No watches allowed and you have to guess your time in advance. Closest person wins.

On a slightly duff note a few of the groups in the club have decided to boycott the event. Whilst we have some lovely people in our club we do have certain cliques of insular morons who moan about everything but do sod all to add to the club. Defies belief the way people act when you work hard to arrange a free and inclusive event, with a new pair of trainers as 1st prize, £50 voucher 2nd prize and £30 3rd prize. You just can't help some sad arse people!
