My Birthday at the Paralympics

What a day, and what a way to celebrate my 27th birthday. We managed to get tickets to the morning's athletics, and it was incredible.

Our seats were near the top, but directly in line with the finish line, so we had an amazing view. We saw ParalympicsGB win three bronze medals... and ONE GOLD! Richard Whitehead stormed his way to gold in the 200m... what a race, what a result!

Singing God Save the Queen with 80,000 people was amazing- best birthday present ever!
