Fern

Today has been disappointing. I am supposed to be in Cambridge ready to start my new job tomorrow. Unfortunately I have be at the hospital for treatment today, tomorrow and Thursday so have had to put my start date back a week. Off sick is not how I wanted my first week to be. Grrrrr. Still there's nothing to be done.

On the positive side my new colleagues were so understanding it makes me think they will be great to work with, Tonka is home from the cattery early to keep me company and I can now stay up late watching the US elections. So not all doom and gloom.

I saw this fern while I was waiting for the bus and I liked the colours.
